As soon as you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received and that your payment method has been pre-authorized.
Once your order is received, we immediately check inventory with our suppliers to ensure your item is in stock and available for shipment.

If the item is in stock, your payment will be fully processed, and your order will be prepared for shipping.

If the item is on backorder or unavailable, your pre-authorization will be voided, and we will contact you via email with an update or alternative options.
š Order Shipment
If your item is in stock and payment has been processed, your order will ship within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number via email within 24 hours so you can follow your shipment at any time.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 6 business days, please contact us at sales@pendantluxe.com so we can provide an update.
š¦ Damaged Items
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If there is any visible damage, note this with the delivery carrier at the time of signing.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48ā72 hours at returns@pendantluxe.comĀ with photos of the damage. We will initiate a replacement or file an insurance claim on your behalf.
ā Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you find a lower price on the same item within six (6) months of your purchase, we will refund you the difference. This applies whether the lower price is found on a competitorās website or on our own website.

Send your request within six months of your original purchase date, and we will process your refund promptly.

Our Price Guarantee applies under the following conditions:

The item must have been purchased from our website before requesting a price match.

Promotions such as rebates or āBuy One, Get Oneā offers do not qualify.

The item must be in stock on the competitorās website.

The competitor must be an online-only retailer (no physical stores).

The competitor cannot be a discounter or auction site
(e.g., eBay, Overstock, etc.). -
The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product.

The Price Match Guarantee applies to the product price + shipping cost, but excludes sales tax.
